Service Technician
Coastal Computers, the central coast’s leading business computer services provider, is always seeking experienced and talented IT professionals. Qualified applicants will have experience with Windows 2000/2003/XP Server and Small Business Server, Exchange Server, networking, computer hardware, office systems, and more.
The core positional duties will include: Windows network installation, 2003 server (SBS) building and installation, Exchange installation and maintenance, server preventive maintenance, Internet Routers and VPN setups, performance evaluation and tuning, complex troubleshooting and resolution, and consultation & related sales. Additional positional duties will include: workstation maintenance, hardware & software installation and maintenance, hardware & software problem resolution, physical cabling, testing, and bench-work.
